A therapeutic massage with me is a calm, focused space to ease tension and help you unwind. We’ll begin with a brief chat about how you’re feeling, then I’ll work steadily with the areas that need attention. Pressure and pace are always adjusted to your comfort. My aim is for you to feel more relaxed, balanced and restored by the end of your session.
