Service Description

When you come in for a meditation and polyvagal reset session, the whole experience is designed to help your body and mind slow down, soften and feel safe again. This is your time - a gentle space where you can breathe, settle and reconnect with yourself. When you arrive, you're welcomed into a calm, gentle space where you can take a breath and settle. There's no rush - you're given a moment to land and notice how you are feeling. We check in softly, meeting you exactly as your are so your body can begin to relax from the very start. GUIDED MEDITATION We begin with a soft, grounding meditation. You will be guided to notice your breath, your body and the sensations that are present. This helps your system shift out of "thinking mode" and into a calmer, more connected state. You might experience: A SENSE OF SLOWING DOWN YOUR BREATH BECOMING DEEPER AND EASIER YOUR BODY SOFTENING AS TENSION BEGINS TO RELEASE There is nothing you need to do perfectly, just follow the guided meditation and let your body respond in its own time. POLYVAGAL RESET PRACTICES Once you are settled, we gently move into polyvagal-informed practices that help you regulate your nervous system. These are simple, soothing techniques that support your body in finding safety again. Depending on what you need that day, this may include: GENTLE BREATHWORK to ease anxiety or overwhelm SOFT HUMMING OR VOCAL TONING to stimulate the vagus nerve SLOW, MINDFUL MOVEMENTS to release stored tension ORIENTING EXERCISES to help your body feel grounded in the present moment Everything is guided with warmth and attunement. You are never pushed or rushed. We follow your pace, your breath and what your body is telling us. INTEGRATION & CLOSING Toward the end of the session, we take a few minutes to gently bring you back into full awareness. You will have space to notice what feels different - perhaps a deeper sense of calm, more clarity, or simply a feeling of being more "in yourself." You leave the session feeling more grounded, more regulated and more connected to your own inner steadiness. Many clients describe it as a reset - a quiet return to centre.
